Frederick Winters is a certified hypnotherapist skilled in teaching people to curb stress, reduce pain, cure insomnia, and improve athletic abilities and much more. Under hypnosis, a subject essentially “turns off” critical thinking and opens up his or her mind to opportunity, self-improvement, and knowledge.
