Casey Sharperson, known as The Confidence Cultivator, is a speaker, blogger, coach and mentor to millennials looking to go to the next level in life, business, and faith. She is passionate about cultivating the confidence within others to take them from stagnant to stellar, in order to live the lives they were created to live.

Named DMV’s Top 30 under 30, she is passionate about merging faith and business to unlock her client’s God-given potential. A former pageant queen and cheerleading coach, Casey has partnered those experiences with her recruiting and corporate training background to launch her coaching and mentorship business, Created to Conquer.

She trains her clients through speaking, blogging, teaching, and mentoring to uncover, extract, and execute upon their unique gifts, talents, and skills. Through her work, her clients transform by gaining the confidence, clarity, and skills to grow their vision, launch their dreams, and live a life that is in line with their divine right. Her proprietary system through Created to Conquer has become the premiere blueprint for millennials to show up and stand out in a cluttered marketplace.

Casey graduated with honors from Claflin University, as a member of The Alice Carson Tisdale Honors College, where she was named Who’s Who in American Colleges & Universities and earned national recognition by being awarded the Cultured Pearls Leadership Award, which was presented at Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated’s Boule in 2012. As a senior, she authored L.E.A.P: A Comprehensive Tool to Market Study Abroad to Minorities, serving as a catalyst for her entrepreneurial work.
