Susan Lucia Annunzio known for her strong track record helping maximize high-performance in business environments by partnering with senior executives increasing their abilities to make complex strategic decisions through collaboration and creativity. Under her guidance The Center for High Performance, which she is the President and Chief Executive Officer, has become one of the leading global companies on strategy attainment and business transformation. As an author of several books including, Contagious Success (Portfolio, 2004), Communicoding (Fine, 1990; Penguin USA, 1991) and Evolutionary Leadership (Simon & Schuster, 2001; Fireside, 2002) she “takes a complex area and simplifies it with practical tools, processes, and concepts that can be readily applied at work (corporate, team, or individual level).”

Previously running the high performance subsidiary of Hudson Highland Group consulting, a leading international professional staffing and talent management solutions firm. She managed to complete the most comprehensive global study of knowledge workers. The study took in to account the factors that accelerate or lower performance and was presented at prestigious venues such as the World Economic Forum, the International Conference of Knowledge and at the University of Greenwich and many others.

Formally, Susan Lucia Annunzio is the Adjunct Professor of Management at booth Graduate School of business: at the University of Chicago, in Fontainebleau, France. also guest lecture at INSEAD – The Business School for the World and Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Madrid. She has taught at General Electric’s Crotonville Corporate Training Center and performed as a guest on numerous national and local television and radio news programs.

Susan Lucia Annunzio is a member of various economic Chicago institutions such as: the Economic Club of Chicago, the Executives’ Club of Chicago and the University of Chicago Women’s Business Group. She also works with the Metropolitan YWCA of Chicago and The United Way helping business leaders achieve and sustain high performance all throughout their organizations.
