Shereen H. Eltobgy MBA, is a coach, consultant and global speaker on happiness and awareness in the workplace as a path to strengthen leaders, create new ones, improve engagement, change business and transform lives.

With a focus on the 3 “Cs” of “Connect. Collaborate. Create”, she unleashes human potential to bring happiness and freedom of self into companies and in the world.  She’s a lifelong development diva who is passionate about cultivating others to live, work and play with enthusiasm. With an MBA in International Business and training in coaching, transpersonal development, leadership, and conscious communication, Shereen brings an approach that is global, humanistic and rooted in awareness.  She has been a sales & business development leader for over 15 years, working with 3 of the 5 top software companies of the 90s and a global leadership and human performance development organization.

Shereen is a lead coach and consultant with Delivering Happiness, llc a faculty member of the Self Awareness Institute.  Just a few of the leading companies she has worked for or engaged with include: CA Technologies, GlobalNovations, BSI Americas, Kering, McKesson, MPI, Fierce Inc., Genentech, TSYS, Web Industries, SunTrust Banks, and Diageo.  She has also worked with organizations and spoken at events throughout the USA, the Middle East and in Europe.

Raised internationally, residing in the U.S. and educated in both, she considers herself a student of the world.  She draws on global philosophies, in an integrated approach to work and life that blends ancient wisdom with modern modalities. Her passions include laughing every day with her two sons, dance, meditation, travel, connecting with her “tribe” and inspiring others towards awareness, harmony and happiness.
