As the owner and CEO of a successful entertainment and events planning company for over 37 years Richard has worked with many regional and nationally known entertainers. He has planned and produced hundreds of major corporate events for companies such as General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Continental Automotive, Botsford, U of M and Henry Ford Health System. He has acted as both event planner and public relations guru, implementing his humor and many stress management techniques to work through and tame difficult abrasive behavior.

As a ventriloquist, comedian and all around funny guy Richard has discovered that there is more to life than stressing out over things that will be forgotten weeks, months and years later. His humorous stories, ventriloquism and hilarious audience participation not only helps explain the main points of each topic but also keeps the attendees alert and ready to learn.
