Veteren Member of Parliament, community & town builder town and union advisor. Serial entrepreneur & Founder of award-winning global movement Social Innovation Park (SIP). Advocates a more inclusive, sustainable and better world, through collaborative innovation and partnership with the public, private and people sectors. Responsible for a 8-part TV programme, significant forums, social innovators platforms and programmes, global fellow awards and chapters across the globe. Sits on many national committees and global advisory boards including the Board of Directors: Commonwealth Business Council; Larta Institute, Dubai Hub, Operation Hope, and other innovation hubs. Recipient of awards. Penny Low is a Yale World Fellow and scholar, a New Asian Leader and a Aspen Festival Scholar, etc. In 2001, Low was the youngest elected female Member of Parliament in Singapore and chaired the Government Parliamentary Committees for the Ministry of Information, Communication and the Arts and serves on the GPC for the Ministry of Finance, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Education, National Development, Environment & Water Resources. A pioneer in the wealth management industry, Low served on the Global Voice Editorial Advisory Board of the Financial Planning Association (USA) and the ISO/TC222 Task Force on Personal Financial Planning. She trained senior managers and co-wrote the syllabus for the Certified Financial Planner, the Chartered Financial Consultant, the designation and an undergraduate module on financial management. Penny has spoken at many significant forums & conferences, authors/edit articles and book. Penny has been consistently listed in Singapore Tatler’s Top 300 and is an alumnus of NUS, Harvard, Yale and Tsinghua University.
