NFL Quarterback for the LA Rams and winner of Super Bowl LVI Matthew Stafford is renowned for his strategic problem-solving and a career of memorable highlights. After playing college football for the University of Georgia, Stafford spent twelve seasons with the Detroit Lions and developed a reputation for his ability to recognize opportunities and leverage his skills with immediacy. While playing with the Lions, he led the team to their first playoff appearance in almost twenty years, earned Pro Bowl honors in 2014, and set the NFL season record for the most comeback wins in 2016. Reinventing himself and his legacy, Stafford traded to the LA Rams, earning the NFC Offensive Player of the Week honor twice and leading the team to victory in Super Bowl LVI. Throughout his career, Stafford has sought to elevate those around him and focus on creative problem-solving, sharing practical takeaways about teamwork, leadership, and finding your own path to success.

Stafford has been profiled by The New York Times, Slate, ESPN, and more, and penned an essay for The Players’ Tribune entitled ‘We Can’t Just Stick to Football’, speaking out for racial justice and advocating for accountability within the NFL. Shortly before joining the LA Rams, his wife Kelly was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma brain tumor, and Stafford supported her every step of the way. In an interview with Good Morning America, she shared that he played a major role, encouraging her to advocate for herself and seek care. Stafford shares insights about his career journey, including navigating difficult decisions and career transitions, and finding hope in the face of adversity, making an impact on audiences of all kinds.
