Lamarr Womble is the founder of Passion for Leadership. He was first inspired to become a speaker after he attended a National Conference on Student Leadership (NCSL) in Orlando, FL in 2005. He always had a passion for people and was heavily involved in leadership positions during high school and college. From having these experiences, Lamarr discovered his interest in business and public speaking.
After attending the NCSL conference he was very motivated to pursue speaking to youth and professionals with the goal of giving them perspective from his point of view. Lamarr is inspired by his passion to work with students and professionals to share his message.
He believes that you do not always have to do what society expects of you in order to be successful. P4L encourages students and professionals to accomplish their goals their way to achieve the results they want.
This strategy is incorporated into all of his programming and workshops.
