Co-founder of Speaker Express, widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading speakers and business strategists in the industry, Elliot Kay has a passion for stretching people to achieve their full potential. He knows not only what it takes to build great stage presence, but can also offer transformational insight to business owners that can be used as a powerful growth tool that will benefit their business.

Having spent over 6000 hours on stage, including speaking at numerous prestigious venues and events such as TEDx Chelmsford. He has given speeches at venues around the world and is regarded as ‘a motivational speaking master’. He has helped to build 3 successful businesses and has developed a proven formula called “The Speakers Method”, that increases growth and exposure.

A best-selling author, most notably with his 2017 book “Power to Succeed: Realise Your Identity and Find the Confidence to Become the Person You Want to Be”, Elliot has an abundance of experience that he shares throughout his books, topic talks and mentoring sessions for all to learn and gain insight from. Moreover, Elliot is a big believer in boosting confidence in young adults and children in order to help inspire behavioural changes and increase success.

Elliot uses inspirational stories to build self-esteem and self-confidence by enforcing that flaws lie within us all, that no one is perfect. He is an inspirational keynote speaker, who knows how to engage an audience in an entertaining way that will help educate and motivate change. He is known to address a variety of different audiences, with the ability to style and personalise his talks in relation to the events topic and audience type.
