The model builds further on the ideas of Jaworski, Laloux, Theory U, design Thinking and the lean start-up.
Elfried has founded a number of companies, including the very successful scale-up Harver (harver.com) who sells its products across the globe to customers such as Uber, Booking and Zappos. He is co-creator of Touching the Community Soul, a Leadership program from Aberkyn. This one-year training helps innovators of large organizations to innovate based on a broader awareness and organization principles of the new age.
