The 12-step Success With People system he created shows leaders how to positively impact the lives of all their employees. He knows that better employees lead to increased revenue, productivity, retention rates and growth.

David speaks of change – structured, pragmatic, doable change – that helps small businesspeople compete successfully. His goal is to add value to his clients by showing them how to listen, plan and act to engage all employees in the pursuit of company goals and growth.
