Between them Chris and Ian have developed a ground-breaking new motivation technique, based on the combination of personal and business health, energy, authenticity, resilience and team the HEART technique shows clients how to bring out the best in themselves and their peers and employees.

Chris and Ian’s work as motivational speakers is founded in the belief that personal wellbeing ensures business success and that by making time to ensure that all areas of the HEART technique are satisfied one is able to obtain astounding achievements.

With a number of impressive personal achievements under their combined belts Chris and Ian have qualified as skiing, water skiing, scuba diving and sailing instructors, their personal interests also include extreme sports and mountain biking and their success at these sports only further compliments their already impressive talents as motivational speakers.

Before establishing themselves as business speakers Chris Stock and Ian Hunter were both successful business men in their own rights; Chris owns a successful sales training and consultancy firm, FourThirds, who have worked with some of the biggest brands in the world. Ian whose expertise lies in marketing has worked at the marketing director for a number of global business names including Plessey, ICL, Intel, IBM and Fujitsu.
