Chris Roebuck is Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School in London and advises major global organisations on improving performance through their people. The UK National Health Service, top legal firms, global investment banks and even the Red Cross in Myanmar have all relied on his expertise. He has held senior leadership roles at UBS, HSBC, KPMG & London Underground and has served in the British Army.
Prof Roebuck takes a new, cutting edge and innovative approach to leadership demonstrating how it is possible to build a more profitable and successful organisation by taking an engaging, entrepreneurial and ethical leadership approach rather than by just focusing on profit alone.
