Entrepreneur, activist, sports analyst, and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Candace Parker is one of the most influential athletes of this generation and one of the most decorated women’s basketball players of all time. A legendary basketball star, Parker has won two WNBA MVP Awards, is a two-time NCAA Champion, as well as a two-time WNBA Champion, leading both the Los Angeles Sparks and the Chicago Sky to victories. She is also the first woman and WNBA player to appear on the cover of an NBA 2K game, for the WNBA 25th Anniversary Special Edition, and became the first active player to serve as an in-game analyst in the 2K broadcast booth. A rising star in the broadcast world, Parker works as a sports analyst and commentator for the NBA on TNT, NBA TV, and NCAA Tournament coverage. Off the court, she hosts the podcast Moments with Candace Parker, which celebrates the victories, messy failures, and brave decisions of parenthood. Parker is a highly sought-after speaker offering bold and inspiring thought leadership and passionate insights about the importance of women’s rights, voting rights, mental health awareness, racial justice, and Black Lives Matter.

Parker was the first woman to join the Social Change Fund, which invests in organizations working to make a greater impact in underrepresented communities of color. She was featured in the Disney+ docuseries Becoming, profiles for The New York Times, Forbes, and more, and was named to TIME’s list of the “100 Most Influential People in 2022.” Parker launched her media company Baby Hair Productions, and producing a documentary exploring the impact of Title IX. Expanding her entrepreneurial portfolio, Parker and her daughter became co-owners of the Angel City FC National Women’s Soccer League expansion team.
