Buddy Valastro is the Cake Boss, a bestselling author and the celebrity baker of several hit tv shows. Known for his affability and family-first message, Buddy is an audience favorite for inspiring messages and light-hearted baking demos.  He loves to connect with audiences and is always willing to customize his demos, leaving audiences with a personalized and memorable experience.

It’s safe to say that baking is in Buddy Valastro’s blood. He learned the ins and outs of his family’s bakery while growing up there and working alongside his father, Buddy Sr., at Carlo’s Bakery. He’s grown that business, part of the fabric of Hoboken, into a national phenomenon specializing in authentic Italian pastries as well as over-the-top cakes you’ve got to see to believe. The cakes are showcased on Buddy’s many shows, including Cake Boss, the tv show that introduced Buddy to the world. Despite his international success, Buddy remains committed to his father’s handed down teachings. “I found my dream job and passion when I was 11 and I still have it. I love what I do and I am good at it, which makes me incredibly lucky and blessed.” So, how does a man who’s already achieved so much continue to find inspiration? Simple. “I can see cakes in anything. I just open my eyes.”
