Ben Higgins, a veteran of ABC’s hit series The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, won over the hearts of loyal viewers with his refreshing vulnerability and willingness to share of himself fully. Following his appearances across franchises, Higgins has embarked on numerous ventures, entrepreneurial and otherwise, grounded in faith, a sense of hope for humanity, and a love of sports.

Full Bio

A current resident of Denver, CO and graduate of Indiana University, Ben Higgins co-founded Generous International in 2017, dedicated to raising money to create jobs, feed children, improve education, and empower communities to eliminate poverty around the world. Outside of his socially conscious work, he maintains a relationship with his loyal Bachelor fanbase via the iHeartMedia podcast Almost Famous, which he hosts alongside fellow former contestant Ashley Iaconetti. To date, they’ve accumulated over 80 million downloads.

With a love for international cuisine, Higgins ventured into the restaurant business in both 2018 and 2019. In 2019, he hosted Warner Brothers’ newest project Bachelor Live On Stage, touring 65 cities and hosting live shows in front of thousands of audience members.

In 2021, Higgins became an author with his first book Alone In Plain Sight, about reconnecting with yourself, others, romance, and God. Recently, he began hosting an uplifting and encouraging podcast, Hope Still Wins, wherein he interviews some of the world’s most authentic and inspiring thought leaders.

Throughout Ben’s various ventures, he’s maintained his longstanding partnership with Humanity and Hope United, holding a seat on the board of the non-profit organization, which works to assist underserved villages in remote parts of Honduras in achieving sustainable change, with a focus on individual need.
