She is currently on the Board of Directors for Ideal Image.

A former professional hair stylist, Webb left the industry to start her own family, but began offering affordable in-home blowout services to her mommy friends, and the concept for Drybar was born. Launching with just a sole California location, within a decade Drybar exploded into a nationally-recognized and highly sought-after brand with over 150 locations nationwide and line of products and tools sold at popular retailers such as Nordstrom, Sephora, and Ulta.

Currently the co-host of “Raising the Bar,” a podcast about what it takes to launch a business, Webb has also opened the doors the latest extension of her expanding empire, Squeeze, an innovative massage concept that lets you book and pay online.

In 2021, Webb launched the latest extension of her empire by co-founding Becket + Quill, a high end jewelry line of classic pieces at affordable prices.

Webb is a co-founder of The Feel-Good Company, a shared-service agency helping brands get to where they are today. One of their brands is Okay Humans, a talk therapy experience that aims to modernize therapy and make it more accessible.

In her informative, actionable and inspiring remarks, Webb shares insights into business innovation and tapping into the entrepreneurial spirit, creating a company culture and brand that lasts, and the challenges and opportunities in being a female entrepreneur.
