Dr. Patricia Zigarmi is captivating motivational speaker, highly regarded management consultant and trainer, best-selling author, and experienced businesswoman.

On the speaker’s platform, she is engaging and passionate. Her ability to blend power and warmth, as a well as knowledge and instinct, translates into messages that are informative, entertaining, and practical.

Pat currently serves as vice president of business development for The Ken Blanchard Companies, a full service training and consulting company based in San Diego. Respected for her ability to listen and built trust, Pat Zigarmi has also been a coach to executives and managers in many companies.

Pat is an expert in the areas of leadership and change management and is the coauthor of Leadership and The One Minute Manager, the third book in Ken Blanchard’s best-selling One Minute Manager Library.

Pat Zigarmi received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Northwester University and a doctorate in leadership and organizational development form the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
